Having spent over 25 years in leading IT roles, including managing his own telecoms company for over 8 years, John Owen recognises the need for improved delivery and post-sales support in the provision of business-enhancing software products.

Educated in the UK and Canada, John Owen has had leading customer-facing roles at large multi-national IT companies including Olivetti, Unisys, Racal and Logicalis. He then established his own telecommunications company that changed the game in terms of flexibility and responsiveness to customer requirements.
